Month of Planning $5000
Our Month-of Wedding Coordination package and is perfect for couples who have planned every aspect of their dream wedding but would like assistance on the day of to run smooth and stress free. We start working closely 4 - 6 weeks prior to the wedding to full understand your dream day...
- Contact by email, phone and two in-person consultations with you during the month of your wedding
- Review & Maintain Wedding Day Timeline and Schedule for the day
- Review MC script
- Reviewing all vendor contracts, if desired
- Setup minor personal decor
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal, ceremony set up, and reception set up
- On site direction of wedding ceremony and rehearsal
- On site direction of wedding reception, until close of evening
- Head Coordinator & 1 assistant for the day of the wedding
- Event debriefing
Full Planning $8000
So you want a one-of-a kind wedding, unique to your personality but you just don't have the time to plan all the details!
